01 | Military/Maternity Leave
Unforeseen interruptions to your training due to military service or maternity leave (lasting a minimum of 4 weeks/28 consecutive days) can be credited to your current subscription at no cost. This benefit is provided only upon presentation of a medical certificate or mobilization orders.
02 | Time-Stop for Founding Members
A time allowance of 90 days is available per membership year. You may submit one or more time-out requests of seven (7) days or more until the 90-day limit is reached. The request email must specify exact start and end dates. Any remaining days not entered will expire. The calculated break will be added in full as time credit to the existing subscription. Refunds are not available. In the new membership year, a new 90-day quota will then be available.
03 | Time-Stop in General
Interruptions such as accidents, illness, language study abroad, etc., may be credited to a current subscription if they last for a continuous period of at least 4 weeks (28 days) but no more than 3 months. This benefit is provided only upon presentation of proof of absence (confirmation from a language school, airline ticket, hotel bill, ferry ticket, doctor’s note, etc.). A maximum of two such time stops may be entered per contract year.
04 | Procedure
Confirmation documents must be submitted by email prior to your absence. If they arrive late, we cannot guarantee that the full period will be taken into account. Only the information in the confirmation documents will be used to calculate the time-stop period.
A retroactive Time-Stop is only possible in the event of an accident or illness. In such cases, the Time-Stop must be requested by submitting a medical certificate, a deployment order, or similar documentation no later than 7 days after the date of the incident. Requests submitted after this deadline cannot be considered.
05 | Credit and Processing Fee
The administrative fee is CHF 50 per Time-Stop and must be paid to One Dojo Zürich GmbH. The calculated suspension period will be added in full as time credit to your existing subscription. Refunds are not available.
06 | Decision-making authority
The authority to approve a Time-Stop lies with One Dojo Zürich GmbH. In the event of misuse, One Dojo Zürich GmbH reserves the right to terminate the contract immediately and without refund.
